Join Our Team
As a Payroll Manager, you will be the privileged point of contact for our clients. You will handle the payroll processing for their personnel and ensure administrative follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Complete payroll processing: data entry, monitoring, calculation, and verification of benefits.
- Handling all social documents and related administration: Dimona declarations, employment contracts, NSSO (National Social Security Office), termination certificates (C4), etc.
- Ensuring correct application of social legislation.
- Providing answers to clients’ socio-legal questions.
Profile
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in legal/human resources or equivalent experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within a Social Secretariat or HR department.
- Ability to work with numbers and strictly follow legislation (rules and procedures).
- Very good knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong interest in personnel management, social law, and labor law, with a commitment to updating and expanding knowledge in these areas.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented (service culture, accuracy in information provided, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills (ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines).
- Sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Very good written and spoken proficiency in French and Dutch.
